A small shop that decided to know one thing properly
We started out taking every brand that called, and we were mediocre at all of them. Narrowing to Wolf was the best decision the business ever made.
A Wolf range is not a commodity appliance. The burner valves, the spark system, the dual-fuel oven cavity and the control architecture all behave in ways a generalist meets once a year and we meet weekly. That difference shows up as fewer return trips, fewer parts ordered on a hunch, and a lot of units that a replace-it quote would have sent to the landfill.
We keep the route inside Bellevue and its neighbours on purpose. It is the only way a same-day promise means anything, and it means we have usually seen your exact model in a kitchen two streets over.
We are an independent repair company. We are not a Wolf dealer and we are not the factory service arm — we are the people you call when you want the thing fixed properly and priced honestly.

The same three moves on every call

Tell us what the kitchen is doing
Model number off the frame, plus what you actually see and hear. That one call usually narrows a fault to two or three candidates before anyone gets in the van.

Diagnose in your kitchen
Gas pressure and flame quality checked at the burner, oven calibration read against an independent probe, boards and elements tested under load. You get a cause, not a guess.

Price it before we start
A firm number for parts and labour, explained in plain words. Nothing gets ordered or opened up until you say go.
The visit itself is a flat $89 — it pays for the trip and the whole of step two, and it comes off the bill once you approve the repair. So the figure agreed at step three, before anything is opened up, is the figure you pay. Typical ranges for the work itself are set out on every repair page — range repair, for instance.
